Opening: Farmers Market at Issaquah

Get your reusable bags and pick fresh produce from Issaquah’s Farmers Market! Rain or shine, it’s opening this Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM at the Pickering Barn just right across Costco. The place can host over 4,000 shoppers and offer a lot such as:

  • Cooking demonstrations
  • Farm-fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables
  • Food vendors
  • Fresh-cut flowers
  • Freshly-baked goods
  • Informational, nonprofit and hobby booths
  • Local organic produce
  • On-site Master Gardener educators and experts
  • Spices and specialty cooking mixes
  • And more!

Why go to the farmers market?

Our country’s small farmers are having a hard time competing in the food market. Your buck can go a long way when you buy fresh produce locally. This gives our small local farmers a better fighting chance in today’s economy.

The Farmers Market at Issaquah doesn’t just offer fresh produce. There are also children and family activities, live music, handmade arts and crafts, hobby booths, and so much more! Isn’t this exciting? Bring your friends and family and enjoy the market!

Pet Policy

As much as we love our fur babies and wish to bring them along, they don’t allow pets at the market. It is advised to keep them at home. Service animals are an exception.

For Your Convenience

Don’t worry about parking! There’s a two-story parking complex nearby, right alongside the Costco corporate campus. Sixteen handicap spaces are available on the first level. There’s also a pick-up and drop-off point near the market entrance on the 10th Avenue Northwest. There are public restrooms and an ATM available inside the barn.

The Farmers Market at Issaquah will run every Saturday from May 4 to September 28. Bring your camera and enjoy the event. See you there!
